We can serve as your “live receptionist” handling calls at the office when you’re out taking care of business. Using our advanced technology, we can keep you abreast of all your day-to-day office business while you’re out of the office managing your properties.

Property Directory Customization

We can create a Master Directory for every property or home under your management, so that when issues arise, we can give specific instructions on how to handle it, including security, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, even emergencies on the street.

“Follow Me” Service

We can provide one telephone number that you manage. Then you can decide whether that number rings to your home phone, cell phone, work phone, or any line you choose based on your schedule. We can also program custom greetings to play if you are “in a meeting”, an “on vacation”, an “out of the office”.

Device Monitoring

We can be the first level of communication. If water heaters/or thermostats drops/raises to a certain temp, certain devices can then reach out to us automatically. Additionally for municipalities or private properties with their own water tank or reservoirs, we will be alerted when tank levels are either too high or low so appropriate action can be taken.

Elevator Emergencies

Businesses with elevators can have their elevator phones programmed to reach us, so when there’s an elevator emergency, we can contact the appropriate response personnel.
