| With just four agents as a messaging
center for business and healthcare providers, Answerwest was founded
and established in 1988 by Cherie Humphreys. As our reputation
for providing professional, innovative solutions grew, so did
Answerwest.
Utilizing one of the first paperless systems in Northern Nevada,
by 2000 we were providing our clients with a full range of customized
inbound and outbound call-center solutions. In 2003/2004, the
Reno-Gazette Journal voted Answerwest Best in Technology.
As we continue to grow, Answerwest is extremely selective in
our hiring practice. Answerwest has had several agents who have
been with the company since 1988. Low-turnover is one of our goals,
