To date Answerwest has never experienced an unscheduled interruption in service. Maintaining continuous service for all of our customers is critical to the integrity of the company.

Answerwest utilizes SBC for all T-1 circuits, DSL, ISDN, and Centrex service. All services are maintained locally with representatives available 24 hours-per-day for emergencies.

Answerwest is also equipped with a powerful back-up system that contains both a battery UPS and an automatic gas generator to ensure there will never be an interruption in your service with us.
